To return an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Note that obtaining an RMA number does not guarantee acceptance of the return, as all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days

Please note the following conditions apply:
- Items must be unworn, intact, with all seals and tags in place
- Full packaging must be returned as well
- Shipping charges will not be refunded. If your order qualifies for "free ground shipping" we will deduct the shipping, handling & insurance costs
- All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if any of these conditions are not met
