You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $100, using FedEx, UPS, or USPS based on the order.
Shipping Options:
- Ground Residential/Commercial: Free for orders over $100; $5.99 for orders under $100
- UPS/FedEx 2-Day Shipping (U.S. only): $14.99
- UPS/FedEx 1-Day Shipping (U.S. only): $29.99
- UPS Next Day AM (U.S. only): $59.99
- UPS Saturday Delivery (U.S. only): $59.99
- International Shipping via UPS/USPS/DHL: Costs calculated at checkout
All shipments from our warehouse are fully insured by the carrier.
Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery
For items not covered by warranty or damaged/defective, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If your order is lost or damaged, the carrier will conduct an investigation. Contact Dexclusive within 10 business days to initiate a tracer. If the carrier is responsible, Dexclusive will ship a replacement or issue a refund if the item is unavailable. Claims may take up to two weeks to process.
For any questions regarding your delivery, please refer to the carrier tracking number or contact the delivery carrier directly since they are the organization responsible for the delivery.

We ask that you contact us if there are any perfections or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt of the product. If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
Please note the following conditions apply:
- Items must be unworn, intact, with all seals and tags in place.
- Full packaging must be returned as well.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded. If your order qualifies for "free ground shipping" we will deduct the shipping, handling & insurance costs.
- All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if any of these conditions are not met.
To return an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Note that obtaining an RMA number does not guarantee acceptance of the return, as all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if:
-There are signs of wear.
- Parts or accessories are missing.
Return shipping cost: The original shipping costs from Dexclusive.com to the customer will be deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fees: Items under $7,000 USD are not subject to restocking fees. However, select items may be considered "Special Orders" and may have limited return options. A "Special Order" may include:
- Items not in stock at our warehouse.
- Items not listed on our website that are specially ordered from a distributor.
- Items with a sale price of $7,000 USD or more.
Returns of special orders are subject to an 8% restocking fee or final sale policies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Dexclusive.com.
Dexclusive.com will, within 1-Year, repair the movement of this timepiece free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Issues with watch movement
What’s Not Covered:
- Damages caused by impact, vibrations, magnetic fields, or batteries.
- Straps, bracelets, buckles, finishes, cases, or crystals.
- Damage or defects arising from normal wear
- Overhauls, maintenance, scratches, accidents, or misuse.
Any alterations, service, or repair performed by any party other than Dexclusive will void the warranty.
